Interested in a rich, interactive learning experience helping you understand how change and transformation take place in Chinese organizations?

A new Advanced Simulation reflecting change dynamics in a Chinese organization (Ling He Company) is available.

The simulation is based on extended research conducted by INSEAD's CALT, the Maastricht School of Management and Nanjing University and provides a great learning experience for groups of 12 to 50 managers.

The 'style' of the simulation is similar to the one of the EIS Simulation, but the characters, their behavior and all the dynamics (networks, cultural factors, etc) have been adapted to a realistic Chinese context.

Teams of players start by developing a strategy to address a challenging Mission, to then spend up to 2 hours interacting with the (virtual) top managers of the Chinese company Ling He.

The Ling He Simulation is under development in both English and Chinese language.
